Standard shipping is free over USD $250 for domestic orders, and non-refundable expedited shipping is available at an increased rate. For domestic orders under USD $250, we offer a non-refundable flat shipping rate of USD $6. We ship our packages via FedEx, though The Sustainable Mask and some pieces from our Offerings Collection ship via USPS. If you need another shipping carrier option, please email us (email@example.com), and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Orders typically ship within three business days and are often delivered within five business days after being shipped from our warehouse. Note that we ship everything from our LA factory, so the closer you are to us, the faster your order may arrive!
Please note that shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable.
International orders over USD $200 ship for free. For orders under USD $200, international shipping rates start at around USD $30. To avoid any surprises, we highly encourage customers to pay applicable duties and taxes at checkout. All international orders ship via DHL Express, and shipping times vary depending on your location.
Any orders placed within the context of a site-wide sale or any individual items marked Final Sale (including all styles in the Imperfect Collection and items purchased with the AROUNDTHESUN discount code) are ineligible for store credit, refund or exchange. Additionally, due to hygienic reasons, all purchases of The Sustainable Mask are also final sale and ineligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Any orders placed within the context of a site-wide flash sale (MARFLASH30) are eligible for store credit only.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note that returns are processing at a slower rate than usual in light of current global events. It may take 1 - 2 weeks to process your return once it is received.
You have 14 days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered, regardless of where you are in the world. Please always package your order in a way that will protect it for the return journey. Feel free to keep any special extras we included in the box as they are our gift to you!
We will not accept returns if the hanging tag or the "Together Forever" tag at the bottom has been detached.
Please note, we cannot alter forms of payment. Once a customer completes a return and opts for store credit, this action cannot be undone and it is irreversible. Even if the store credit is applied to a new order and the item from that new order doesn't work out, the funds will go back to the applied gift card (not the previously used credit card). Once store credit is issued, it becomes a form of payment and remains attached to the customer's email address until the credit is used. Store credit will never expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
All Footwear returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Customer Love! We will not accept any shoe returns with worn or marked soles. Until you have your heart set on the shoes, please avoid bending or creasing the leather. And if possible, please try the shoes on a clean, dry surface - carpeting and rugs are preferred!

You may access our domestic returns portal at christy-dawn.returnly.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the return process. We offer prepaid return labels for all eligible domestic returns.
Returns for store credit will receive a credit for 100% of the value of the returned item. Your store credit will never expire and can be used toward anything on our site. Returns for a refund to the original payment card will incur a $12 handling fee. Please note that shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable.

We only accommodate size exchanges through our domestic returns portal at christy-dawn.returnly.com. An exchange is NOT guaranteed until you drop off your original order at USPS and it’s scanned in by their center. You'll receive an automated email confirmation when the exchange order has been processed and fulfilled!
Please note, we will wait to ship out the new exchange order once we receive the original item back at our warehouse in Los Angeles. This process may take up to 2 - 3 weeks. Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we are unable to hold items for exchange.
If you want a different item or even another fabric option within the same silhouette, please complete the return process for a refund or store credit, and then place a new order.
You may access our international returns portal at web.global-e.com/returns/portal within 14 days of receiving your package. In addition, our international returns portal offers prepaid shipping labels for all eligible returns. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
