  • E-commerce Manager

    It’s our belief at Christy Dawn that we can create regenerative relationships with the Earth through all aspects of how we communicate our ethos and message. Our website is an important aspect of our communication as a visual and educational resource -- as E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and utility of our site to create the most uniquely beautiful and effective online community experience possible.


    What you will do:

    • Devise strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store
    • Conduct research on effective website layouts and features
    • Advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms
    • Manage the site on a daily basis (this includes uploading PDPs, site maintenance and improvements)
    • Direct the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies
    • Review the security of checkout pages and payment procedures
    • Create promotional offers and check to see that these are uploaded precisely
    • Review copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy
    • Analyze traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies
    • Examine sales-related metrics to inform restocks
    • Report on the utility of existing and novel strategies

    What you will need:

    • 3+ years experience as an E-Commerce Manager
    • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
    • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
    • Experience with Shopify

  • Marketing Associate

    It’s our belief at Christy Dawn that we can create regenerative relationships with the Earth through all aspects of how we communicate our ethos and message. As a Marketing Associate, you will effectively manage and strategize our means of communication to optimize how and when we share our messaging and objectives with our community. 


    What you will do:

    • Effectively manage daily administrative tasks with expert organization and structure
    • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
    • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
    • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
    • Coordinate with the marketing, design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
    • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
    • Assist with organizing promotional events

    What you will need:

    • Exceptional knowledge of Shopify, databases and MS Office
    • 5+ years experience in marketing or related fields
    • Posses search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
    • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
    • Strong communication, organization and presentation skills
    • Working knowledge with CRM programs
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords

  • Social Media and Content Lead

    It’s our belief at Christy Dawn that we can create regenerative relationships with the Earth through all aspects of our brand communication, from sharing thought-provoking messages surrounding sustainability, to engaging our community in a deeper awareness of the practices that create their clothes. As Social Media Manager and Content Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand identity for Christy Dawn and communicating our online presence across all social media and marketing channels. You will create and oversee strategies to engage the Christy Dawn community through innovative, compelling and impactful storytelling.



    What you will do

    • Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure consistency
    • Facilitate scaling brand awareness through various social media channels
    • Work to create and implement social media strategies monthly
    • Ensure consistency in brand identity through copy, voice and terminology
    • Create visual consistency by curating an Instagram feed that feels engagingly aligned with our brand identity. 
    • Direct and oversee social media and influencer coordination for our Stewardship Program
    • Communicate with our PR agency to ensure that marketing messages are communicated in alignment with our master calendar
    • Conceptualize and create all marketing campaigns, managing our Graphic Designer and Copywriter by providing storytelling direction for email, social media and website communication. 
    • Create actionable plans to grow our social media following across all platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives

    What you will need:

    • 6+ years of social media and marketing experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or a related field
    • Proficient in the use of multi-social posting programs such as Planoly, Grin, and Iconosquare
    • Background or comfort in photography and video editing for social media (i.e. reels, Tiktok, and other apps such as VSCO)
    • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to engage their attention
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
    • Creative eye and keen understanding of Christy Dawn’s ethos
    • Passion for sustainability and regenerative business practices

  • Import Production Manager

    It’s our belief at Christy Dawn that we can create regenerative relationships with the Earth through all aspects of production, from communities and people to the resources and practices that create our clothes. As the Import Production Manager, you will oversee relationships with import suppliers to ensure the production of high-quality products that align with Christy Dawn’s environmental, social and economic goals.


    What you will do

    • Act as point-person for all international supplier relationships 
    • Place the purchase orders for sampling and production of import fabric and finished goods
    • Manage the purchase order log and maintain on-time delivery of samples and production
    • Work closely with the Design Team, Head of Planning and Director of Regenerative Practices to ensure that all orders meet our margin, allocation, environmental and social standards
    • Manage and develop cost sheets for all collections, negotiate pricing for all accounts and manage supplier invoices
    • Work with our Director of Regenerative Practices to expand value chains, starting from the farm to closet
    • Foster relationships with new suppliers
    • Communicate details of all orders to the production team

    What you will need:

    • A B.A./B.S. degree is required
    • 3-5 years of experience in the garment industry with global suppliers
    • Extensive knowledge of natural fiber fabric sourcing
    • Strong communication and organization skills
    • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
    • Passionate about creating regenerative relationships with people and the planet

  • Key Holder

    It’s our belief at Christy Dawn that we can create regenerative relationships with the Earth through all aspects of how we reach our in-person community, from creating a warm, inviting environment for our customers, to fostering a deeper understanding of our ethos and how regeneration can heal the planet. As a Key Holder and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a uniquely exceptional customer service experience with attention to brand identity and education within our flagship store in Venice, CA.


    What you will do:

    • Act as sales leader 
    • Create a seamless interaction with customers throughout the store
    • Provide exceptional customer care as a true brand ambassador while maintaining the voice and culture of Christy Dawn
    • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and understanding of our ethos 
    • Ensure that the store reflects our brand and concept standards
    • Aid in decision making that will impact the business and store environment in a positive manner
    • Support merchandising and presentation strategies 
    • Maintain consistent inventory accuracy and processing 
    • Ensure general upkeep, maintenance and organization
    • Accurately and efficiently process payments and returns through our POS system
    • Receive and process inventory, including: unpacking, counting, tagging (if required), folding, merchandising the store and organizing overflow stock into the stock room

    • 2+ years of relevant management experience in a speciality retail environment
