Using deadstock means our dresses can run a little differently from one fabric to another, so we measure our dresses by hand and share their unique measurements with you in the size guide on each dress page. Check the size guide on the dress you're interested in, and if you're still not sure you can email our customer service manager at firstname.lastname@example.org and she can help you out.
Typically, orders will ship within 72 hours. Please allow up to one week for shipment during a sale. For preorders, the shipment timeframe will be noted on the item page. If you purchase a preorder item with another item, we will hold the ready garment until your preorder is ready unless you request otherwise.
Yes, we do! Worldwide shipping starts at roughly $30.00. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and we strongly urge the customer to research their country's policies and fees before purchasing. Please note: We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $300 but international orders DO NOT qualify for this offer.
Purchases made using a sale coupon or purchases of on sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
The White Silk Autumn, Silk and Lace Fitzgerald as well as the Vintage Gold Fitzgerald are all eligible for return, exchange or store credit, within the 7 day return policy specified below. The White Silk Athena is only eligible for exchange for size within the 7 day window, and not for return or store credit.
We’re sorry about that! All of our items are hand made in limited quantities so every dress is an exclusive, one of a kind garment! If the dress you want is not in stock we recommend you sign up to be notified when it will return in stock on the item page, as well as following our instagram @christydawn and/or signing up for our newsletter to be first to know of a restock!
Changed your mind?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on ChristyDawn.com for return with original tags attached. Unfortunately if you have removed the tags from your dress, it will be completely ineligible for a return of any kind.
Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the package if you would like to return your dress. We will then provide you with a return form with instructions for mailing your item back. Be sure to print and include this form in the box with your return! Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The date an order is delivered is considered the day the dress is received, regardless of where you are in the world.
You may select store credit or a refund but packages
must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us in order to qualify for refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
*Due to the limited nature of our dresses, we are unable to hold items for exchange.
Need a different size?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on ChristyDawn.com for exchange with original tags attached. Any dress with tags removed will not be considered for an exchange of any kind.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the dress you wish to exchange. We'll then provide a return form with instructions for mailing the item back that will need to be completed and included in your return.
Please note that we can no longer hold items for exchange. If you wish to exchange your item, please request store credit on the return form so you may purchase the new dress of your choosing when you receive your code.
Packages must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us in order to qualify for an exchange. Once we receive your item(s), we'll send you a store credit code.
