How long does my order take to ship?

Typically, orders will ship within 72 hours. Please allow up to one week for shipment during a sale. For preorders, the shipment timeframe will be noted on the item page. If you purchase a preorder item with another item, we will hold the ready garment until your preorder is ready unless you request otherwise.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! Worldwide shipping starts at $20.00 and we provide free shipping for orders $250 or more. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and look to the customer to research their country's policies and fees before purchasing.

Are sale items final sale?

Purchases made using a sale coupon or purchases of on sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

I love the dress, but what if it's not in stock?

We’re sorry about that! All of our items are hand made in limited quantities so every dress is an exclusive, one of a kind garment! If the dress you want is not in stock we recommend you sign up to be notified when it will return in stock on the item page, as well as following our instagram @christydawn and/or signing up for our newsletter to be first to know of a restock!

How do I initiate a return?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased on ChristyDawn.com for return. In order to be eligible for return, dresses must have their original tags intact. Any dress with tags removed will not be considered for returns.

Please email ( Shop at ChristyDawn dot com ) within 7 days of receiving the dress stating your intention to return the dress. We'll then provide a return form with insutructions for mailing the item back that will need to be completed and included in your return. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us in order to qualify for refund or exchange. If the parcel is not postmarked within three days, we cannot refund or exchange.

Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Please note, if an email is not sent within the initial 7 days of receiving the dress, the dress may not be exchanged or returned. The date an order is delivered is considered the day the dress is received, irrespective of where you are in the world.

Please email ( Shop at ChristyDawn dot com ) within 7 days of receiving the dress stating your intention to exchange the dress and indicate the dress name, fabric and size you wish to exchange it for (pending inventory of that item). We'll then provide an exchange form with insutructions for mailing the item back that will need to be completed and included in your exchange. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us in order to qualify for refund or exchange. If the parcel is not postmarked within three days, we cannot refund or exchange.

Once we receive your exchange, we'll begin processing your new shipment. If the dress you wish to exchange for is a different price, we'll either refund, credit or invoice the difference accordingly.
