As a Key Holder and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a uniquely exceptional customer service experience with attention to brand identity and education within our flagship store in Venice, CA.

What you will do:

  • Act as sales leader 
  • Create a seamless interaction with customers throughout the store
  • Provide exceptional customer care as a true brand ambassador while maintaining the voice and culture of Christy Dawn
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and understanding of our ethos 
  • Ensure that the store reflects our brand and concept standards
  • Aid in decision making that will impact the business and store environment in a positive manner
  • Support merchandising and presentation strategies 
  • Maintain consistent inventory accuracy and processing 
  • Ensure general upkeep, maintenance and organization
  • Accurately and efficiently process payments and returns through our POS system
  • Receive and process inventory, including: unpacking, counting, tagging (if required), folding, merchandising the store and organizing overflow stock into the stock room
  • Report to the Store Manager and fulfill all other related responsibilities

What you will need:

  • 2+ years of relevant management experience in a speciality retail environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with progressive technology
