We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on ChristyDawn.com for return with original tags attached. Unfortunately, any items with tags removed are ineligible for return. Please note, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Enter your order number and zip code to get started and begin your return. You will have 7 days to initiate a return from the time your package is received, regardless of where you are in the world.

Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the package if you would like to return your dress. We will then provide you with a return form with instructions for mailing your item back. Be sure to print and include this form in the box with your return! Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The date an order is delivered is considered the day the dress is received, regardless of where you are in the world.
You may select store credit or a refund but packages must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us in order to qualify for refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
