Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Domestic

    Standard shipping is free over $500 USD or more before tax. For domestic orders under $500 USD, we offer a non-refundable flat shipping rate of $12 USD. Please note that shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable.

    We ship our packages via FedEx, though some pieces from our Offerings Collection ship via USPS. If you need another shipping carrier option, please email us (shop@christydawn.com), and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

    Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days and are often delivered within five business days after being shipped from our warehouse. Note that we ship everything from our LA factory, so the closer you are to us, the faster your order may arrive! Once an order has been placed, we are unable to combine shipments.

  • International

    International orders over $400 USD ship for free. For orders under $400 USD, international shipping rates start at around $30 USD. All international orders ship via DHL Express, and shipping times vary depending on your location.

    To avoid any surprises, we highly encourage customers to pay applicable duties and taxes at checkout. These fees are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase—they are not included in our shipping or service costs. Please note that we are not responsible for additional customs fees and we strongly urge our international customers to research your country’s policies and fees before purchasing. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

Discounts

  • Final Sale

    Any orders 30% off or greater, or placed within the context of a site-wide sale or any individual items marked Final Sale are ineligible for store credit, refund or exchange. Price adjustments will only be made within 1 week of purchase date. Daily deal items are not eligible for price adjustments.

    Discount codes cannot be applied to sale or already discounted items.

  • Refund, Store Credit or Exchange

    Other discount codes (FREESHIP etc.) may be eligible for store credit, refund or exchange based on size availability. Please note, direct size exchanges are currently only available for domestic orders. More information is available in the Domestic Returns & Exchanges section.

  • Promotions

    Our Welcome Offer and steward discount codes offer Complimentary Shipping on domestic, first-time orders of $150+. We cannot retroactively apply steward discount codes once an order has been placed.

    The Christy Dawn Bonus at checkout was for $15, and will get you free domestic standard shipping for your order, plus a $30 discount off your next order of $150+. This expires 30 days after your purchase and is in the form of a discount code. Terms and conditions apply.

    During our Buy More Save More promotion, discounts will automatically apply at checkout. This discount cannot be applied retroactively, be stacked with other discount codes, or be applied as a price adjustment.

    Rewards points expire after 1 year.

Returns & Exchanges

  • General

    Returns are being processed within 14 business days of arriving back to us! Please ensure that your Christy Dawn piece is packed in a way that will protect it for the return journey.

    You may access our returns portal at https://christydawn.loopreturns.com/

    You have 7 days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered, regardless of where you are in the world. We will not accept returns if the item has been worn, and if the hanging tag or the "Together Forever" tag at the bottom has been detached.

    All returns must be sent back within 20 days of receiving your return shipping label. Returns that are not sent back within that window will not be accepted by USPS.

  • Swimwear

    All Swimwear returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Customer Love! We will not accept any swimwear returns that have been worn, if the tags are detached and if the liner is removed. Until you have your heart set on the piece, please avoid removing the liner and tags. And if possible, please try the swimwear on with an undergarment!

  • Footwear

    All Footwear returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Customer Love! We will not accept any shoe returns with worn or marked soles. Until you have your heart set on the shoes, please avoid bending or creasing the leather. And if possible, please try the shoes on a clean, dry surface - carpeting and rugs are preferred!

  • Domestic Returns

    You may access our domestic returns portal at https://christydawn.loopreturns.com/ within 7 days of receiving your package. Enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the return process. We offer prepaid return labels for all eligible domestic returns.

    Returns for store credit will receive a credit for 100% of the value of the returned item. Your store credit will never expire and can be used toward anything on our site. Returns for a refund to the original payment card will incur a $12 handling fee. Please note that shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable.

    You will receive a notification once we receive your item at our warehouse and begin processing your return!

  • Domestic Exchanges

    We now offer direct size exchanges pending availability!

    We accommodate size exchanges through our domestic returns portal at https://christydawn.loopreturns.com/. An exchange is NOT guaranteed until you drop off your original order at USPS and it’s scanned in by their center. You'll receive an automated email confirmation when the exchange order has been processed and fulfilled!

    Please note, once an instant exchange order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Exchange orders cannot be exchanged.

  • International Returns

    You may access our international returns portal at web.global-e.com/returns/portal within 7 days of receiving your package. In addition, our international portal offers shipping labels for all eligible returns. 

    International returns are only eligible for a refund. Returns for a refund to the original payment card will incur a prepaid shipping label fee. 

    Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

    Due to duties and taxes, we are unable to honor exchanges for international orders.
