Santos just had a baby, so outside of work he spends as much time as he can with his family. He was cutting lace for a Sebastian dress when I talked to him; his hands seemed to never stop moving! He says that if he’s working on a new dress or a piece he’s unfamiliar with, he has to concentrate a little harder, but if it’s a dress he already knows, it becomes almost second nature for him to work on it.
