The Khadi Cotton group, hand spun and hand woven organic cotton finished with organic dyes. The Lili Top is a ruffle strap tank with a smocked empire band and flowy peplum. The neckline is low and square with elasticated adjustability throughout and ties. It's finished with a smocked empire band with a tie to allow for easy wear.
