Dress
The Daisy Dress epitomizes femininity. The dress's details, like its ruffled collar and tulip sleeves, are accentuated by the delicate georgette fabric. The Daisy is sexy in part because of the sheerness of the fabric and calls for a slip to be worn underneath...or not ;)

“No matter how a piece of clothing looks, it cannot be considered beautiful if, in producing it, the environment is destroyed or people are exploited. When deciding on what to wear, we all have an obligation to consider how it’s made and the impact that process has on the planet and its people.”

The wine-colored fabric we used is rescued deadstock fabric that was left over from a larger fashion house. By using deadstock fabric we save hundreds of thousands of gallons of water annually and keep the planet clean. We recommend eco dry cleaning this fabric.

Araceli | Daisy Mulberry Meadow

“It was a little bit of a struggle in the beginning, to switch from sewing men’s clothing to doing dresses now, but I feel more confident with my abilities as time goes on.”
With 20 years in the fashion industry, Araceli is basically a pro sewer, but she hadn’t really worked on dresses until she came to Christy Dawn late 2017. In the beginning, she struggled with getting the hang of it, and she worried that her production wasn’t fast enough. She says the one thing she’s learned working for Christy Dawn is that it’s really about quality over quantity, and good results are the most important thing to focus on. Once she really understood that value, she says she was able to concentrate more on not rushing through a piece.
