As a Retail Store Associate and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a uniquely exceptional customer service experience with attention to brand identity and education within our new store in Brentwood, CA.
What you will do:
- Create a seamless interaction with customers throughout the store
- Provide exceptional customer care as a true brand ambassador while maintaining the voice and culture of Christy Dawn
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and understanding of our ethos
- Ensure that the store reflects our brand and concept standards
- Support merchandising and presentation strategies
- Maintain consistent inventory accuracy and processing
- Ensure general upkeep, maintenance and organization
- Assist with all store opening and closing requirements
- Accurately and efficiently process payments through our POS system
- Report to the Store Manager and fulfill all other related responsibilities
What you will need:
- Relevant retail sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfortability in receiving constructive feedback
